Here are some of the 1967
CBS Television Network photos and press releases which heavily
promoted the premiere of "Cimarron Strip." Each press
photo was usually accompanied by a particular press release which
briefly described the series and it's characters. Such promotional
material was usually distributed to various television and radio
stations throughout the world, as well as many movie and television
magazines and other sources of news media. Because the $7,000,000
production budget for "Cimarron Strip" was the biggest
for any television show at that time, CBS spared absolutely no
expense at it's attempt in getting the series exposed to the public.
Some of the photos located on the following pages of this segement
did not have accompanying press releases, but were still none-the-less
used as promotional materal.
